Iran has plans and facilities to make nuclear weapons, that is why there is Iran nuclear deal.
Iran is the only country still has F-14s, in flyable condition. The cobra maneuver in the movie by Maverick was only ever performed with F-14s by Iranian pilots.
Iran has good relationships with Russia, so there is the possibility, to access Su-57 jets.
