This is not aimed at you by the way just those 2 words.

People are racist. Institutional racism is just a buzzword to once again blame all white people for your own problems.

But to answer your question. It will never be enough. The rules and goalposts will be moved ever wider.

Demographics?
A few decades from now, white people will be the minority in many originally white countries.
Countries like France, Belgium, Germany, the USA, ...

If you get millions of people into your country that reproduce in rates significantly higher than the original (white) population, this is what happens.

Well they will never have the same percentage as whites simply because their average IQ is lower. I don't like mentioning this fact but it has to be brought up when so many people think different statistics between groups equals discrimination and therefor should forcefully be "corrected".

It will never be declared over, there will never be the end of White guilt, because Blacks will never be at the same level as Whites socioeconomically due to inherent IQ differences. They will also never be end of racial resentment against Blacks because they will always continue to behave like they do due to natural differences.

maybe things simply fall where they fall and exist how they are.

should we tell the loins to stop eating the hyenas? whales to stop eating fish?
nature doesn't evolve into "Equality of OUTCOME", like, never.

maybe our racists lives are simply what they are because that is how it happens to work.
not saying it is right - I, personally do my best to love everyone - not right, but is what it is.
so hard to change, and probably never will change, because it is not something that CAN BE Changed.
Like lions and whale dinners.
