Looks like no one was watching and those who did - bailed out after two episodes. Because of how boring it was.

Honestly I wonder how could makers trick streaming service into financing this flop. The only reason why anyone tuned in was because premise promised sci fi show. And then they were fed some boring and depressing story about elderly couple who are sad that they are old.

Thats the storyline of this show. Oh yeah and they found portal to another planet but show doesnt care about that and we rarely see that room. Millions of dollars was spend on it and the no one watched it.

It has potential but was just rolling along going no where. If it wasn't canceled ii wouldn't have bothered with season 2

Yep. I would not waste my time on season 2. I guess not many people watched that show.

I'm in the minority because I really enjoyed the show. It wasn't the best show ever but I found it interesting enough that I would have watched season 2.

Ditto. Took a loong time, but finally became invested, able to apprecate the performaces of Cissy Spacek $ J.K. Simmons despite the glacially slow development. But judjing by the commets from othars, it tanked. Too bad, thought it had promise.

They were tricked because they got two A-listers signed on. But I think Spacek and Simmons just saw $$$ (And who can blame them?) We always assume actors do it for the art and prestige. When in reality, they got bills 'n shit, too.

the writers took plot lines from other shows always remember star trek and them jumping though porthole, actors where good in showing how bad it gets when old haha any way it seems like the difference between the 2 groups was not explained so at the end to see them was weird

It's a slow burner, but I would watch season 2. I keep saying I won't give tv shows anymore chances because they keep cancelling on me. Perhaps I'm not unique, perhaps there are many out there who have given up on tv shows for reals. Perhaps there is a long term negative effect on cancelling shows, which is why many shows are not getting the viewership?

Decent idea, but holy jesus did they drag it out. Which is the case with most of these streaming series - they're loooooonnnnngggg movies. Time wasters.

Now we never get to find out what happened to the pudgy guy next door.
