When Lucy got married I thought she would be nervous about her wedding night but she seem like she was ready and the way she talk to Max about it make it seem like this was not her first go around. So something tell me her and cousin wasn't just playing house as teens.

Nope pretty clear her notion of "playing around as kids" meant they were banging, just using contraceptives to avoid inbreeding
