The original title was Day of the Woman with a different poster. It wasn’t selling tickets, so a year or more later they changed the name and poster to appeal to grind house theaters. Demi Moore was the model depicted and the film did well with this more exploitative angle.

She confirmed it’s her in her memoir Inside Out.

Reportedly she posed for it in 1980 for the film’s rerelease. She would have been 18.

But even if she posed at 16, so what? It’s not like she’s naked.
