Jim Carrey that is. His acting here reminds me of his Riddler acting back in Batman Forever. Just watch that then watch this and you'll see what I mean.

His acting reminds me of 90's Carrey which all of his personas were somewhat similar.

Yes, there's quite a few callbacks to the Riddler from that film.
