Bloody tool on Sage's table speculation....
Been looking around trying to figure out what the bloody gadget was - interesting suggestions.
One is that it's a lobotomy tool and she uses it to relax by dulling her brain. At first, I was thinking it was a liposuction tool (so she could eat junk food). Then, someone pointed out that she has regeneration powers and also suggested the temporary lobotomies.
Another person surmised she used it to kill the octopus and feed it to The Deep.
