Here's the reason I don't plan to see this

It's very simple. The first movie doesn't need a sequel. We don't need to see how things progress.

It's not even a joker movie so much as a character story about man struggling with mental illness in a harsh world.

I believe a sequel would just overexposed the character.

The movie's poster showed up on the website's front page under "trending." I clicked, saw this thread, and commented. I don't call it "hanging out on the board"

It’s possible for movies like this to just be….TOO dark. There was just no fun whatsoever in watching the original. Just…too dismal. (And this from a fan of the original The Crow!)

I get it, ever since Batman Begins, DC has wanted to be a little darker and more character driven than marvel. But Joker went too far. Joyless.
