Is it possible to bulk up and the obtain the muscle definition seen in Hemsworth’s “nude” scene (in the trailer) without the benefit of steroids?

reply

I haven't seen the scene, but steroids are not responsible for definition. Also, he has great genetics to begin with, so he wouldn't need much help from substance to reach the physique I've seen him display in the other Thor movies.

Thanks.

you dont know what you are talking about

Most Hollywood actors cycle through roids to get big before a role. I'm not sure if he did it this time but I'm sure he did it when he originally got built for the first Thor movie.

I know the muscles Natalie has aren't from roids though, those are pure CGI.

reply

Glad to hear it. Natalie wouldn’t look good with a beard.

reply

No they aren't. She never got "big", but she did gain a little from lifting weights. There were leaked set photos of her over a year ago and you could see it.

reply

There are photos of her from paparazzi at the same time that show she looks exactly the same. I've seen the photo I think you are talking about that's blurry and zoomed in. There are other shots in that set where she's exactly as she always looks.

Chris Hemsworth has 100% taken anabolics at some point. Anyone saying otherwise is ignorant.

reply

At some point in his career or at some point in his preparation for this film?

reply

Nah, you gotta take all sorts of cycles of stuff. He's not doing any of that for this role. He's playing Hulk Hogan in a biopic. Shooting Thor while he's this jacked is just good scheduling.

reply

almost certainly

reply

He’s always been a big dude so I doubt it. Chris Evans likely did, though. The dude was normal size but suddenly bulked up for his role as Cap.

reply

100% on roids. Even his stunt double couldn't keep up anymore

reply

There seems to be a real difference of opinion among those posting.

A LOT OF HATERS WITH FLABBY TUMMIES.

Former PTI here, now a personal trainer (National Register of Exercise Professionals) and strength & conditioning coach (UK Strength and Conditioning Association). You don't get like that by training, 8 hrs sleep a night, and a protein shake after each workout. No matter what your genetics. It's roids, or HGH (growth hormone).
