No, but a seriously slutty man would look once. She had a nice bod and clearly wanted it, if that was the best offer going that day he might take it.
Of course a sensible slutty man would also see that she was needy and desperate and would turn clingy if encouraged, and most would pass rather than complicate their work life by having a clingy desperate woman around when he was trying to do his job. But since the guy had maybe three lines in the whole movie, we have no idea if he had that much common sense.
