Good movie, and very scary in some parts

But why the hate??

reply

I’ll never understand why this movie is so underrated.

I've been trying to get my gf to watch this but she's not a big horror fan and understandably sees James Woods as a red flag, but he's great in this!

reply

Yeah, he was one of the best parts of the movie.

reply

Dolph Lundgren was originally supposed to play Jack Crow.

reply

Woods is a great actor and person, why on earth would your gf ‘understandably’ consider him a red flag?

reply

Huh? Why is Woods a red flag?

reply

I think he's considered in some circles to be a right-wing wack job. I don't care, I can separate the artist from the art. I love him in many movies, he's so good.

reply

I think it could have benefited with a bigger budget as you could tell they cut corners in a few scenes.

reply

The movie starts with a bang but gets pretty boring around the 20-25 minute mark. Turns into people just kinda driving around yelling at each other and it becomes repetitive.

reply

It's a good popcorn movie. Not Carpenter's best by a longshot but still a lot of fun!
