Maybe in a straight up confrontation on even ground, yeah. I'd agree with that. But those particular bikers in that scene didn't know what bar they had walked into. They didn't know they were about to be cornered and surrounded, and they didn't know that a dozen more wise-guys were about to pour out of the back room with baseball bats. They were FUCKED. share
It's almost a literal impossibility to say who would win, (especially with such certainty) though.
We can assume the bikers would win, we can also assume they would lose.
I wouldn't go so far as to say "A room full of bikers would beat the crap out of a room full of NY gangsters" full stop, though.
Most people would say it depends on all of the variables at play.
A room full of gangsters could very well beat up a room full of bikers...or they could not.
IMO, I think it depends on the bikers, the gangsters, and all of the other circumstances that would arise in such a scenario.
I thought that the bikers would put up a better fight, but I guess the guys got the jump on them. Plus the guys were fighting with anger, with heart, with pride. The bikers were just punks, bullies, and bullies get dealt with by people defending their pride.
