Star Wars was, and is, AWESOMETACULAR (to quote the words of Jeremy Jahns).

1-6 are good imo, as for the rest I don't really give that much of a shit. They fucked the brand the shitty sequels and barrage of TV shows, so it's certainly overrated now.

Original, un-messed-with movie (1977) was good. I lost interest after that.

The sequel trilogy (episodes 7-9) put out by Disney were garbage.
