shareYou know, they could have probably done both a diversity hire and a qualified hire, but diversity was the *only* factor in her selection, which was a mistake on many levels.
First, picking only a woman of color automatically eliminates the vast majority of qualified candidates. Statistically speaking, the odds are that a *better* qualified candidate was automatically removed from consideration. Second, not winnowing out the poor choices out of what remained in the pool was dumb. I totally refuse to believe that Harris was the best of what was left after eliminating whites, Asians, and all males from consideration.
The leftists in control of what is left of the Democratic party thought picking a woman of color was enough. Heels-up Harris is the result.
Yep, you statistically reduce merit if you limit your option to lower IQ populations.

Any rational multiracial society should investigate the truth about racial differences if they exist and acknowledge it for for the benefit of social wellbeing. The current approach of shoving the inconvenient truth under the rug does not work, just look at racial problems in America. It has nothing to do with any kind of political extremism.

It's only considered "racist" because the left have used their institutions to push these scientific facts out of the Overton window. It should be at the centre of public awareness of any rational multiracial society.
