Maybe he will win since the supreme courts in Maine and Colorado have banned his name from their ballots in the upcoming election. Just some trivia, the reason Lincoln was voted president is because a bunch of southern states banned him from their ballots. Now it's happening again.

While it is true that Lincoln’s name did not appear on the ballot in 10 states, that’s hardly the reason he won the election.

He won the election because enough people favored his views over those of the other three candidates and chose to vote for him.
