She's been feeling emboldened lately, reemerging, claiming she's " out of the woods " now. What does that even mean ? That she's broken through her depression ? She was looking kind of haggard and peaked for awhile there. But what did she have to be depressed about ? After all, she won the popular vote. I guess that somewhere while groping her way through " the woods " she realized, at best, it was nothing more than a consolation prize.
And in her usual, smug, grandiose fashion, she presumed to speak on behalf of " all Americans ! " She's still in denial. Apparently, the humbling lesson of her failed campaign still hasn't sunk in, namely that the majority of those Americans despise her !

Mrs. Clinton's whole "outta the woods" narrative reminds me of the song in The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy and her companions emerged from the woods and arrived at the Emerald City. Only in this case, Mrs. Clinton IS the Wizard who was a phony and a humbug.
I am so incredibly sick of politicians giving rah-rah speeches and telling us that we have to "pull together" and "find common ground" as they live in mansions with private security ( whiletelling US that guns are bad!) Mrs. Clinton is certainly not the first politician to do that, but she is one ofthe most insincere. She and Bill have made millions selling access to the US government. Like she REALLY cares about people coming together! lol

I have read that. However, this seems to be a much more different case than the other ones who have also agreed to testify (Manafort, Sessions, Page, Roger Stone). None of them asked for immunity, which means they will probably do what you described, dishing out safe, lawyerly public statements of denial that say absolutely nothing. If they agreed to do it *under oath* and the penalty of perjury, that would be better for the entire integrity of this investigation, but they won't do it.
But you might be right in that Flynn could be fishing out for information. Still, I think he's in deep, deep trouble. He continued to deny Russian involvement, then got caught through wiretapping, and then admitted to his wrongdoings and illegal discussions with Russian figures. This all basically amounts to perjury, treason and obstruction of justice. Those are set and done, and no lawyer can make that look good for Michael Flynn.
Flynn wants immunity so he can squeal like the pig that he is!
