What would you like to see next from Nolan?

I'd like to see him tackle another historical movie, but go much further back, The Great Fire of London (1666) or Battle of Hastings (1066).

Or even James Bond but only if he has full control and agrees to a trilogy.

I was going to say another compact thriller like Following or Memento, anything under 3 hours, really...

But when you said 1066 just now, I'd be down with his tackling a historical epic.

I'd like to see him take over the Battle of Britain film that Ridley Scott was once attached to. The aerial scenes in Dunkirk were my favourite parts of that film.

He has done a lot of sci-fi lately. A medieval or renaissance film would be interesting like maybe a film about the Medici's rise in Florence, but I would prefer a crime thriller.

SciFi. He did Interstellar, but I mean some more obvious scifi (other planets, other civilizations). We're having Dune, but I don't think that movie is gonna be good. Nolan could be great in that genre.
