Bad bond or just bad films?

Casino Royal sold me on him, then came Quantum which was disappointing after such a good start. Skyfall was a step in the right direction but Spectre is boring after the first 45 minutes.

So I think Craig is good but the plots or films are kinda crap the next better be a killer or it has to be his last!

How about bad director: Sam Mendes

Bad films. CR was good. The following were among the worst in the entire series.

NEITHER...HE IS VERY GOOD AND ALL THE FILMS HAVE BEEN GOOD TO EXCELLENT.

Bond films will always be camp fair imho. Craig is passable as a British actor, but he's been pretty bad when he tries to play non-English characters from his stint as a Mossad assassin in "Munich" and an Eastern European Jewish partisan in "Defiance" to a hick in "Logan Lucky".

If you look hard enough try watching his earlier pre-Bond roles. He comes off as creepy but still has a certain charisma. His role in La4er Cake was very engaging and it would have made for a great television serial.

He's a bad Bond who was lucky to land Casino Royale as the one decent Bond film, largely in spite of him. No charisma.

bad films.

He's an okay actor outside of his Bond movies, but not THAT intriguing. He might have found a new angle with his silly "All Knives Out" role but if tries to replicate that type of character again it might run out of steam.

I think after Casino Royale they gave Craig bad scripts/bad directors and although he tried, he eventually got wore out. I think NTTD has a decent shot to be better but they did keep the same writers from Spectre didn't they?

But no, I don't think Craig is nearly as responsible for the last 3 horrible Bond movies. EON is to blame for letting it drift into insignificance.
