Bob Barker He was classy and more laid back than the frenetic and perpetually bad punning Gene Rayburn. Rayburn was okay but a little too much "on" all the time.

Match Game PM was a classic in it's own right, but I think The Price is Right transcended the Generations and is still on TV, even with Drew Carey hosting it now..

And don’t forget Dick Clark and Richard Dawson. Old school game show hosts had it made.
