shareOh, SJP was a hottie, back in the 80s and 90s. Blonde/blue, amazing figure, cheerful personality and big smile, pretty but not so gorgeous that a straight man would be afraid to talk to her. Not a great beauty then, but very attractive.
Of course aging and SATC changed that, there's nothing like years of playing a whining narcissist to kill a person's appeal.

Have you seen "LA Story" or "Honeymoon in Vegas"? They were made before the dreadful SATC, back when she was cute and appealing.

shareNonsense. Plenty of women play unattractive roles. A good example as has been cited already is Linda Hunt. No, she's not repulsive. She's a very engaging actress. But she's not beautiful.
But there are plenty of examples. What about Roseanne Barr? Has she ever been accused of being a beauty queen?
And there's Oprah Winfrey, one of the most influential women in America. C'mon, for years "fat" was the most definitive word to describe her appearance.
Whoopi Goldberg? John C Reilly is prettier than her. 🤣
