Rest in peace, and it's always sad to lose someone in the prime of life.

Everyone, I urge you to talk with your loved ones about what you want done if the worst ever happens, and you aren't able to make decisions for yourself. Do you want to live at any cost, even if you will be physically or mentally disabled, or would you want them to let you go at a certain point? Everyone, talk about your wishes and your limits, because as you can see, it's possible for the worst to happen.

You are right. My father inlaw had a massive stroke and sedated and put in a coma right away like Luke Perry. This was almost 9yrs ago. As we all sat around the ICU waiting room we all discussed our wishes. We didn’t know what my father inlaw wanted or how long he’d want us to wait if he woke up. Thankfully my father inlaw came out of it almost 4wks later but he isn’t the same. Strokes are frightening and can hit without warning. It was a wake up call for all of us family members.

Yeah, I've seen similar situations in real life, and they don't always have the happy endings that Hollywood has taught people to expect.

Everybody, talk to your loved ones about what you'd want done if it happened to you, and ask them what they'd want. You just never know what's around the corner.

reply

I can’t eveb process that he’s gone. He’s my husband’s age.

reply

It does hit harder when it's someone of your own age group.

reply

He died a year older than the age my mum died at and they share the same date of death albeit several years apart. I guess these types of coincidences are bound to happen with the amount of celebrities out there.

reply

RIP man who used to make my female classmates all worked up.

reply

Way too young to die.

A very handsome guy who was fun to watch in stuff like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, 8 Seconds, and The Fifth Element.

RIP
