She's been useless for about 25 years. I hated the show she was on. Everybody loved it, but I think it sucked.

I always wondered how many idiots from outside of New York City were convinced they could have a nice sized apartment while living a life of doing nothing but drinking coffee all day. I think that was the part about the show I could never get over. I had classmates working for Wall street law firms working like dogs, but certainly making a shit load more money than the character on the show made, and they were lucky to afford a place a fraction the size of the apartments in the show and even thought their places were smaller they were still stuck out in fucking Hoboken.

That's the part of the dumb ass show that made me cringe.

Can't recall even seeing her that much in the last 10 years. Makes me wonder if you have some sort of infatuation with her if you are apparently sick of seeing her, like you go looking for her.

If I don't like someone I ignore them. You should learn to do the same.

Nobody makes you watch anything she's in, so not sure why you're sick of her. She has millions of fans who enjoy the stuff she's done in the past as well as present, and it's that that keeps her where she's at. If that's too much for you to deal with then hey. That's on you to deal with.

as it is on you. i'm sick of seeing her face everywhere on magazine covers and in commercials. i'm sick of her face. it wasn't always like this. i used to like her but now i'm sick of seeing her and it's been this way for about 1 year now oh and also she has an annoying voice.

i just think she's been around for too long and she never was that good of an actress or that likable as an actress.

lukejbarnett it's on me how? I'm not the one crying on here about her still being out there working and being famous. So yeah, all of this is on you to deal with. I've been a fan of hers for years and have no issue with her being out there. It's not like she's the only one. There's a ton still doing the same thing. Many who started out around the same time that she did, before her, and after her.

None of that has anything to do with the topic. Your topic is that you're angry that she's still famous. Still in movies, commercials, posters etc. That is what's all on you and whoever agrees with you.

You wonder how and why the OP manages to keep seeing her everywhere. Maybe they need to re evaluate what they look at , what sites they follow etc.

Because if they keep seeing someone they can't stand everywhere they look...something is definitely wrong.

yeah she's good i'm just saying i'm sick of seeing her in movies commercials, on people magazine, everywhere all the time and even if it weren't all the time or as many different places i still would be sick of seeing her anywhere. i'm the same way with mark wahlberg and charlize theron. hope i never see them again in a new movie. i't called overexposed and it's a real thing.

I like her in a lot of her movies. She tends to stick to goofy comedy roles and that's fine. Perhaps you should go to the self check out aisle to avoid all the annoying magazine covers. It just sucks that you can't do that at Walgreens.

Seems like she has disappeared over the last 10 years. Used to be in quite a bit as a lead, but especially over the last 5 years, her popularity has drastically subsided. Personally, I think she's fine in the roles she chooses, mostly sticks to comedies.

same thing happened to sandra bullock you almost never see her anymore in the last 5 years aniston is overrated as an actress she sticks to romantic comedies bx they are easy to act in. also then she just plays rachel how hard is that?

Very true, Bullock has disappeared over the years too. Although I think she had a much more successful film career. Bird Box was a recent big hit too.

right. bullock was the new julia roberts and she had a vey sucessful career which started at like 32, she was already 32 in 1996 2 years after speed. so she got a late start. and now she's too old to be lead a big movie at 56 years old. aniston is like a flash in the the pop culture pan well she should have been anyway.

i still find it hard to believe shes' still as big of an actress as she is given her limited acting range, all she does is romantic comedies. bullock did dramatic roles really well. and did them pretty often in the last 10 or so years. like crash, the blind side. whereas aniston maybe 2 times in her whole career did she play a serious role which was not just rachel from friends. the good girl and she's the one.

yeah but bird box was limited to it being only viewed by people using netfilx it's wasn't a big movie. big movies are theater movies.

Birdbox was immensely popular. It had 25 million views in the first week according to some and 45 million views first week per Netflix. It was all over the place in the media when it was released and if it was in the theater it may have been an even bigger hit.

Per Nielson they estimated that it would have made around 100 million at the box office which is pretty good for a low budget horror thriller film.

Because it was made by Netflix. Whether the movie was good or not is irrelevant. It was a popular film.

Look at the Irishman. Critically acclaimed, very popular, made by Netflix, not released in theaters.

but the irishman had to have been in theaters otherwise the academy wouldn't have recognized it and not enough people would have spent enough money to watch it. it's all about making money when it comes to big movies. but it's not about popularity, movies should be about quality.
