Just wondering what new things are planned for this site in the future

First, thank you for starting this site. I was not a big poster at IMDB, but did visit it almost daily as a reference source and to see what other people's opinions and insights were. Can we expect to have things like full cast lists, filmographies, coming soon, trailers, etc. or is this meant to be more of just a discussion forum? I find myself going to IMDB for info and then coming here to check the boards. I did see the other thread about running a script, but I am not that computer savvy and not sure how to do that. Again, thank you for all the hard work that has went into getting this going!

Welcome Roni!

I think that this is just going to be a discussion forum. I do like you do--hop back and forth from IMDb--I don't do the script-thingee either.

We are hoping that more features will be added like we grew accustomed to at IMDb, like markup, spoilers, private-messaging, Friends-list, option to list more posts and threads per page, etc.

Did you notice the Trending-bar at the top? That's something really cool that we never saw at IMDb. Every time a movie's board gets posted to, an angel gets its wings! (or something like that anyway)

You can thank Jim for getting this going. He's a one-man operation who has done all of this in a short amount of time, and it just keeps getting better all the time!

No Jim knows petting zoos are notoriously evil and abuse animals, so he is adopting the entire Humane Shelter for all of us to have kitties and doggies to play with when we come here .

Hi roni and welcome. Just fyi -- every movie page has a link that reads "view in imdb " so you can seamlessly jump to the details you mentioned. Personally, i wont give imdb the click anymore, so i use omdb instead, but Jim has made it very easy to get the best of both worlds by adding those links.

What changes in the future? Well, the word got out that you can post every ugly thing you want here, the site turned into a cesspool and we are left with a lot of posters who are the products of home schoolin’, and a bunch of foreign-born nationals who hate the USA, heterosexual white men, or both.
