I've been watching the best Grammy performance, and I just don't get Beyonce. She's a great singer without great songs.
shareI only know her from Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002) and I liked her performance. Not familiar with her music, I just now skimmed a few YouTube videos and nothing rings a bell, despite the fact that some were monster hits.

I’m not a fan of either. Nothing against them, they’re both fine vocalists but outside a few tracks I find their music bland.

shareI don't get the devotion that Beyonce or Swift inspire. None of their songs seem memorable or remarkable to me. It's possible that I'm just too old and male to get it. I'm fine with that.
