People considered legends even though most of their best stuff was front loaded in the first half of their career.

Brian De Palma
Francis Ford Coppola
Stevie Wonder
Robert DeNiro
Al Pacino
Joni Mitchell
Bruce Springsteen
Meryl Streep
KISS (just kidding, they were always shit.)

Guns n Roses are all about their first album.
Motley Crüe
Iron Maiden
Bon Jovi

Motley Crue and Bon Jovi never had a good era.

(I hope Shogun sees this.)

I saw it; piss off hater 😆

The song "Girls Girls Girls " makes me hurl, hurl, hurl.

Eddie Murphy

Robert Redford was the first name that popped up in my mind.

reply

I always liked him but it seems like he only pops up to do random things whenever he's feeling bored.

reply

Yes. I know he moved behind the camera to direct more later in his career. For me, I couldn't tell you anything he's acted in after "The Natural" and that was 40 years ago!

reply

I know he was in one of the Marvel movies and that one movie where he was lost at sea.

Ridley Scott
George Lucas
Tarantino

Tiger Woods

Did Coppola ever start strong, though. Four classic films in the seventies. He never really hit those heights again, though I did think he might have come close with his version of Dracula.

reply

He did have mediocre movies in the 60s that no one cared about.
