Pretty nice. What's the backyard like? I didn't see any photos.

reply

It’s one of the last photos; there’s 20 in total.

reply

Okay, thanks, I missed that. Hate the backyard. Everything else is good but that.

reply

I don't like the dark cabinants, you'd need to redo the kitchen.

Its located in a communist country run by the bastard son of Fidel. Couldn't pay me to live there...

reply

you have to get out more.

reply

I would have gone with, ‘it might be a bit too cold for me’, but there you go.

reply

The public is thankful he doesn't.

reply

he lives in a van down by the river.

reply

It is ugly from outside but then again you want it to be inside of it

reply

Kinda reminds me of the Brady Bunch House.

reply

I do not know how is it in Canada, I believe in the U.S.A there are many wood-frame houses. Would it also be here the case?

reply

same for canada. metal studs for drywall for newer houses.

reply

Hideous, especially the exterior. And what the hell is going on with the ceiling?

reply

ceiling plaster

But it has some weird circular pattern. You really need to redo all of that if you want to have people over.

reply

ceiling plaster is sort of out of date now. most people just have plain drywall usually painted white.

reply

It's called Artex, for some reason it was fashionable in the 1970s and often contained asbestos.

My house was built in the 1970s and a few rooms still have Artex ceilings, makes a place look dated.

reply

I think they used that because in old houses the ceilings would crack, and that would hide it.

reply

That's even more horrible.

I also have texture on my ceiling, but this is mindboggling. I've never seen that before in my life.

reply

It's nice.. I'd give it a fresh coat of paint if I purchased it and I'd offer $300k 1st in cash
