How Bad Is Soy?
I know I've heard a lot of negative things regarding soy products over the years... but now I'm reading about all the health benefits of natto beans which is apparently a "soy" food. I want to eat the beans for the health benefits but am hesitant because it's a soy food and am wondering if I should eat it in small quantities, avoid it all together or make it my new carb food? What do you think? Looking for expert advice in nutrition.
