When was the last time you cried?

Jeez, I don't remember. Gotta be at least a decade ago.

reply

Yesterday; I was watching an AMV of my favourite anime.

reply

Carlton from "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" hosts that now?

--Michael D. Clarke

reply

Lol, hope you don't have anything against Carlton.

reply

Hmm, thanks for the context.

reply

Straw hats?

Signed, million man.

reply

Yes, also the name is usually not taken, so, I use it.

reply

My wife is obsessed with that show.

Signed, million man.

reply

Great.

reply

Maybe yesterday? Crying isn't a big deal, I'm glad you've had nothing to cry about for a decade though.

reply

I chopped up some onions earlier. Does that count?

reply

Beat me to it!

reply

It's been so long that I don't even remember. I'm probably forgetting an incident though.

reply

I cry every time Samoanjoes posts a pun or when Kowlaksi won't let me touch his movie collection or when Stonekeeper makes me listen to his raps.

reply

If you ever need a pun, Allaby right here on this site waiting.

reply

(starts crying)

reply

I'm not a big crier but animals can bring it out in me. Those animal abuse and rescues on youtube get to me.
In real life there was an incident with a moma cat and her kittens that I was fostering that choked me up just last week.

reply

FOSTERING LITTERS IS A MINEFIELD OF OPPURTUNITIES TO CRY.

reply

Are Momma cat and the kittens OK?

reply

The kittens are their fine little devil selves... and 2 (out of 4) have just recently found homes.

The moma was a stray, but not feral, and kind of a cat goddess with her own entourage. The entourage went missing and then so did she. A neighbour who admits to trapping cats and dumping them elsewhere wouldn't tell me where he'd taken her. He claimed not to remember. ...But I had a special affection for the moma..and still miss her.

reply

5 or 6 years ago when I had to have my dog put down. It was quite embarrassing, but the people at the vet must be used to it.

reply

I’m sure they are used to it. It’s perfectly understandable really. We had to put White Girl, our faithful friend and protector, down due to illness and that was really rough.

reply

I had a vet who had been there for decades and he said "no matter how many times I do this, it never gets easier."

reply

It never does get easier.

reply

2007 when I rescued a stray dog that was an absolute sweetheart!

2018 when she died.

I always thought, who rescued who?
