First time I ever heard and seen this. It looks so fun. Like a game of tag while passing the ball. No need for armored shells or helmets to protect from concussions.
Kids play it all the time around here - there are a lot of youth flag football leagues in this area.

I played on a flag football team in junior high, but spent most of my time on the sidelines lol
Oh yeah, we played it when I was a kid. It was considered the only acceptable way to play football, when girls were involved.
I don’t like it because it takes all contact out of the game. Using flags in place of tackling is fine, but you can’t even block. It’s just not football to me.
As a kid we played 2-hand touch in school, and in the street.
