what genre has the most bad movies?

Fantasy as in King Arthur/Swords and Sandals type stuff.

the ratio of bad/mediocre sciFi to good/excellent sciFi : 1/10, or so.

Horror. Too many low-budget releases out there.

Comedy. I've seen a few comedies that weren't funny at all.

Horror. Every year, they churn out the worst films.

Horror, followed closely by Comedy.

And I consider Action to have the most 'decent' movies, since it's mostly about stunts/effects and not acting/story... many action movies can still be very generic though, but 'decently' made.
