I find the Top 3, 5, 10 much easier, but I'll try and hope I don't forget one... Shit, 10 minutes later, I decided that my #11-20 might not be in exact order. If I can watch a movie 5 times and still rate it a 10/10, I consider it "better" than a movie I saw once, and rated the same way. But a movie like "Sult", I gave an 8/10 (every other movie I gave a 10/10), but I just love it, because its unique. I miss watching movies. I'm seriously out of movies to watch. I had some shit to do today, and I need 100% concentration and motivation to see it through. I'll try and watch a movie tomorrow after I finish the NBA games. I think I'll just go through my DVR, and if I'm not into it, I'll delete and move on to the next one, this way at least I accomplish something. Shit, I had something else scheduled. Man, I feel bad for anyone who reads all this shit and think to myself, "Do you like these details?"

Harry and Tonto
La Strada
Nashville
They Shoot Horses, Don't They?
One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest
The Battle of Algiers
Network
A Woman Under The Influence
The Treasure of the Sierra Madre
Buffalo '66

Shadows In Paradise
The Swimmer
Sult
Umberto D
Ace In The Hole
Mikey And Nicky
Mr. Deeds Goes To Town
Anatahan
McCabe & Mrs. Miller
Harold And Maude

P.S. - After I hit "submit", I got one of those "404 not found" errors and thought "Noooooooo!", went back, no good, but then remembered something. I went forward to get back to the 404 page, and hit CTRL-R (refresh), prompt comes up, give them permission, and THEN it submitted, and the post appeared as is, which is good, because there's no way I was going to type up all that shit again.

Thanks. Some are on YouTube.

You need to rewatch Society (1989) I'm sure it will work its way into that tight twenty.

reply

I rewatched it right after the last time we talked about it and I love it. It’s one of those movies that I can watch over and over and would make it in my top 100. 👍

reply

Same. It's definitely a highly rewatchable flick. I watched it like three times within the first week of seeing it for the first time.
