I read the reviews on them a month or so ago.
If they do work, could somebody please let Moviebuff224 know about this.
shareFrom what I'm now reading some emit a noise that people find irritating and other types require a collar or the dog to be trained with it...One article I found even mentioned they could be illegal in certain areas, so certainly look into that as well
