If so, you should try light box therapy. Basically a bright box will help you mentally.

me too.

i can deal with a bit of cold.

i find relentless, pounding, grinding heat a lot harder to deal with.

I like the long days. When the sun comes up around 4 am and then doesn't set until about 11pm. I can't do the heat though.

I like the fall and early winter, mainly because it consists of the holiday season (which I define as kicking off with Halloween and ending on New Years Day). Cold weather doesn't bother me because I can always put on a jacket or throw an extra blanket on the bed.

I can do without the summer, especially July and August.

No it doesn't depress me, but I do hate it getting dark early.

That is the point, I would not say I hate it getting dark early but I do not like it.

Not unless it is one of those winters that seems to go on forever and ever and just won't end. Otherwise I welcome the quieter times of winter (I live in a downtown area that can get quite noisy in the summer).
