I recently had an incident with the building manager because she spoke to me like crap, thinking back,I remember two other female managers who despite their education, really don't know how to talk to people respectfully,I've had no problem with male bosses,who seem more easy going and not as stressed,is it just a coincidence or are most female bosses rude and unfriendly?

I'm a female that's had more problems with female bosses. The female boss I had that was good, was secure in herself and her abilities as a leader.
The others didn't seem to care if they were good at their jobs. It was more important for them to make people submit because they were in charge. I think with females like this you have to either kiss their asses, or get a new job.

Male or female, some are good, some are bad and some are average - simple as that.
In general women are much more emotional than men. Men evolved to be team-workers and problem-solvers, and that makes them much better bosses and work-colleagues (on average).
Of course, nowadays saying that it's considered misogynist and hate speech. But it's not. Women have been for centuries the foundation of every family, the support, the cement that kept the society together. Men are not good at that. If men were the drivers of society, women were the mechanics that kept it working.
Nowadays, that's considered heresy. And you have women promoted to male roles they're not good, while at the same time the society crumbles because they're not there keeping it together anymore. What could go wrong?
You make a valid point. Men really should step up their game before they are rendered useless.
shareBoth genders are mostly rendered useless by now. Women are trying to replace men, and for the most they're doing poorly. Men are trying to replace women someway too, and they're doing poorly too.
Anyway, natural selection applies to societies too. We'll be replaced or assimilated by other societies soon. So no need to worry, in some decades western countries will be similar to either Muslim or Latin-American societies, and our current problems and disagreements that seem so important will be water under the bridge.
God dammit. I really enjoy disagreeing with you but I have no rebuttal to this.
