Empty baseball stadiums...

Don't really look much different than baseball stadiums during a normal regular season. I swear, some games only have a handful of fans in attendance anyway.

True.

If the players squat before the game all season that will help attendance(TV) LOL.

you would have to pay me to go to a baseball game. went to one when i was in indian guides (rip indian guides the sjw libtards made them change the name lol) and the most memorable part of the night was when on of the boys from the tribe dropped a milkshake 100 feet from the bleechers and the cops came up to investigate lol. man fun times, could give to shits about the bozos playing ball

It's very odd.

IMO, baseball is a social event - much more so than any other team sport I can think of. For the most part it's played in nice weather and the games go on FOREVER so plenty of time for talking, drinking beer, eating hotdogs. I enjoy going to evening games - you can buy a cheap seat ticket and then move because the stadium is usually pretty empty unless it's a big game or the Reds are doing well.

I watched last nights Reds game and it was way over 3 hours. It is definitely a slow game - especially as there aren't any time outs or instant replays like in football.

Not a sports fan but I can see why people wouldn't bother going to games. Crowds, traffic, expensive food etc.

Baseball games are a nice environment to be in, lots of people watching and fresh air.
But yes, people are getting priced out of the fun. Really a shame our culture has come to this, catering to what the buyer can bear and leaving out the regular working class.

I like going to a baseball game a few times a year during the season. I won't spend $8-10 for a beer but they have the best nachos.
