Anyone ever owned a Potato peeler

I have one, but I hardly ever peel potatoes. It's a waste of money, flavor, and nutrients.

Yeah, it is a basic kitchen tool. I hate mashed potatoes with peel in them 🤮 Also useful for peeling apples for making pie, veggies for salads like carrots and cucumbers.

i usually buy red potatoes and eat them skin on.

if i was making mashed, would certainly want a peeler.
