shareHell yeah! I leave off the relish too. I’m in Louisiana and there used to be a little place called Chicago Al’s that had real dogs like the ones you’re describing but they closed down years ago. I’ve never found another REAL Chicago dog since. The dude that ran the place had a band called Chicago Al and the Backburners. Damn I miss em.
