so what was the very first movie DVD you bought? Mine were "GWTW" and "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes"............

I'm pretty sure it was The Matrix.

I have all three movies on DVD, Blu Ray and a digital copy on Vudu.

You could say I'm a fan. 🙂

The Matrix does NOT have any sequels.

Same here.

When it came out, I saw it in theatres a few times. Then it ended up playing at a nearby 2nd run theatre for cheap, so I watched it a bunch more times there. It was when it was released on DVD that I finally got around to buying a player.
