Whats your favorite cartoon for children

I am looking for good quality movies or tv shows for kids. It doesn't necessary need to be cartoons but my little bro and sister do like cartoons a lot so let me know what I should show them. They like stuff like Courage the Cowardly Dog, Scooby Doo, and Rugrats and Spongebob

Depends on their tastes. I would recommend a lot of 90s cartoons. But here's a short list of some they might like depending on their ages:

Recess
Hey Arnold
Gargoyles
Sailor Moon (the 1992 dubbed version)
Thundercats
Captain Planet
The Busy World of Richard Scarry
Babar

How about the movie Whale Rider? What about Harry Potter? The Narnia series.
But seriously, I don't think kids need to be talked down to. They should be treated like young adults. Treat kids like they are smart, they will act smart and be smart.
