Putin, Orban and Erdogan have captured state TV and rendered it little more than a compliant institution, a proxy for the ruling party. Putin, Orban and Erdogan have, to varying degrees, censored the media and persecuted all opposition whilst all depicting themselves as beyond that.

So you really just called Jimmy Carter a liar rather than TrentnQuarantino. Second, the quote is about Arab citizens of Israel. Your links aren't talking about Arab citizens of Israel. They're talking about Palestinians in the West Bank.
