Great news if it's true:

"Not long after the video went viral, popular TikToker @thatdaneshguy identified the mother-son duo as Bitsy and Edward Brennan. According to Bitsy's Facebook page, she works at UBS Financial Services as a Wealth Management Associate.

Martinez later commented on his Reddit post stating that the incident was reported property management and they were moving to evict the mother and son from the building.

Martinez said he showed police the video and did file a report. However, to press formal charges he was told by police that he would have to visit the District Attorney's office and intends to go there on Wednesday.

Oof. For some reason I can feel the seething supremacy exuding from him for some reason when he started getting really confrontational. Assault alone is grounds for some jail time.

If I were in that situation of not knowing if the person is a stranger or not casing out vehicles, I would ask the manager or someone working in that building for confirmation and if they don't know, call security or the police. Some people can sneak into these places just as the doors are closing as I have seen on CCTV. I would probably just ask for his first name then go ask a worker or manager if you know this guy (name) and he was checking out vehicles.
