I watched the british 3 part miniseries and found it to be fantastic.
No. It's a great detective show with stellar performances from the cast. A slow burner but remarkable and emmy worthy.

I enjoyed it as well. The only thing that buzzed me is the gimmick that was played one of the house owners which led them to believe the house was haunted, I thought it would have developed into something much more sinister, that was a huge letdown.
