are you ok with them wearing hoodies on one of the star wars planets?

practical?

A hoodie seems like a pretty obvious design based on humanoid anatomy. Based on all those races and worlds some is bound to have come up with it.

What is "humanoid anatomy?", and why would it be obvious that they wear hoodies?

Why wouldn't they? If humans and humanoid creatures very similar in shape needed head covering (and why wouldn't they?), it stands to reason something very similar to a hoodie would almost certainly be invented. I'm not sure I understand your difficulty in accepting this logic. It seems rather straightforward to me.

heat rises, so any bipeds would lose heat through their head. A cover seems logical enough.

Hoodies are EVERYWHERE in Star Wars and have been from start.
