Marvel isn't going to do anything to offend your delicate sensibilities, everything they do is done with an eye firmly kept on the wallets of the mainstream. So Loki is maybe going to assume a female form once or twice, because any decent shape-shifter will take whatever form is most useful, and if he flirts a little with some guy while in female form it's not like he's ever shown the slightest interest in a woman in ten or twelve films.
Rejoicing? Why would anyone care?
