How did you guys find that ending ? I found it interesting to see Miguel in a way turning to "The dark side" and Johnny realizing what he created and to top it off having Kreese coming back?
What did you guys think and what you would like to happen for season 2
Kreese may just be a hallucination he sees because he is piss drunk. Up until the end of the tournament, there was still a little part of Johnny that makes him want to do the right thing, but that went away when he grabbed onto that trophy and then we see Kreese appear.
shareMissed opportunity. At the end, Kreese should have said "But now they see...that Cobra Kai... never dies." Kreese smirks. Johnny stares back with the same scared look he gave him when he was ordered to "sweep the leg". Cut to black. Roll credits.
shareI hope Kreese will get a redemption (back)story, too. It would be lame if he's just a one-dimensional, cartoonish villain in the series.
shareGood news is that when asked in an interview the actor said "He will be a bit good, he will be a bit bad" . The fact that there is the word "good" in there already promise that Kreese will be fleshed out more than in the movies because let's be honest in the movies there was nothing good about Kreese, he was a bad guy through and through.
