It's ironic the black couple told racial stereotypes about Mexican and white people, but they were upset (at least the woman) about using it to them.
That was an euphemism for prison and/or losing your job.
Yes, and people can openly deny the crimes of Stalin and the communist genocide. Try to do that with Holocaust and you'll be cancelled immediately.
They would immediately recognize he's not Claude and not send him to the battlefield without any training. He was basically a civilian at that point.

Killing someone with Zyklon-B is not really efficient, though.
Many of them denied it during Nürnberg trials. They were also tortured and coerced to confess. The camp leader of Auschwitz "confessed" an absurdly high number of Jewish victims which was later reduced by a great number.
Or just go to the cops and report a premeditated assault.
IDK, fight scenes look ridiculous in the original movie, with sloppy techniques.
