12.3 percent of the US is black. 51.1 percent of crimes in the US are committed by black people.

I'm looking forward to the show called "dear black people." The trailer will feature a white person on some radio station preaching to blacks about what is and what is not acceptable behaviour.

Apparently you can't count worth a damn, because guess what,you racist idiot? There's no way in hell that small of a percentage of the population could be doing all the crime in this country. The truth is, white people commit way more crimes in this contry because they're the majority----something you racists never want to admit. As a black person and an American, I can say that hell no, all black people are not criminals simply because we have black skin. LOL. That term is so overused it's actually lost it's meaning. I truly believe that if black people from 100 years ago were alive today would be f-----g ashamed of their ancestors. To see them (modern day black people) with the same amount of rights as whites, and for them to still be whining about racism despite everyone being equal I guarantee their ancestors would disown them.

Even Martin Luther King Jr. would be rolling over in his grave with all the whining black people do in this day and age.

Regardless if the word is overused, it has meaning. It doesn't change the fact that your comment above isn't racist. People don't get to say, "you're pulling the race card! Racist is so overused" and then proceed to be excused from racist comment. Racism = having negative opinions about an entire ethnicity, referencing them as a group rather than as individuals, e.g. "black people are _________

First of all, you don't have the right to tell black people how they should feel about a damn thing. Racism is still around---it didn't go away when Dr. King died, though I wish it had. And black people have had to fight for literally every damn right we're gotten in this country----which is our country too. And complaining about racism is not fcking "whining", we're just sick and damn tired of still having to deal with it, no matter where we are in society. Your arrogance is thinking lack people should shut up and never talk about racism is way the hell out of line. Especially since you're aren't black and will never have to deal with it.
So just shut the hell up---you sounds ignorant as hell and full arrogant white privilege trying to tell black people anything. And Dr. King would be disappointed in how some things have changed, but how racism still has stayed the same. I'm also tired of you right-wing nuts always quoting Dr. King's most famous sayings when the truth is, a lot of white conservatives couldn't stand him back in the day and called him a "Communist", which he wasn't, but any black person who challenged the racist white status quo got called that. So quit trying to use him and anything he said as a club to beat black people over the head with. If you don't like the show, don't watch it, and shut the hell up whining about it yourself.

You admitted that white people aren't legitimately upset at the content of the show by its own merit - we're just upset because "black people complain about racism sometimes, so we want to, as well." This is all about revenge for black people. You know it, I know it. You're not emotionally affected by the content of this show. You're not experiencing true racism by this show. You couldn't care less emotionally, you're not going to lose sleep over it because you feel like white people are targeted by the government, you just like anything that brings black people down.

You didn't like black people before this.

MandrasAndPelagia, Nobody who believes in equal rights is a Progressive. Progressives want special rights for certain groups, above and beyond those for everyone else. I find it very offensive that you include "liberal", in a movement that has more to do with Communism than anything. You obviously have never heard of Classical Liberalism. I would ask to be refunded for any "education" you received, because it seems as though you lack even basic common sense, let alone critical thinking skills.

Progressive (noun): a person advocating or implementing social reform or new, liberal ideas.

It doesn't say anything in the dictionary about Progressives wanting special rights for certain people. You totally made that up. I would like you back that up with a source if you can. The definition you gave is your own conservative-bias definition, not the objective dictionary definition. Stop making things up, silly. And see told you, you're conservative.

But let's forget semantics. A conservative can identify as a progressive. You're going by a different definition than the dictionary definition. But the semantics aren't important. I'll rephrase...you didn't support "equal rights" before this if you have a problem with this show. You had a problem with black people, on SOME level, prior to this.

Sociology is not a science. And what you just said has no basis in science or logic. A white person can never be powerless, or less powerful than a minority person in any situation? White people cannot be sincerely hurt by discrimination? Because they don't have valid feelings the way other races do?

That oppression-points scoring nonsense is made up by people with an obvious political agenda.

It is based on massive, unsubstantiable assumptions that an individualistic society like America (it doesn't even take into account other, non-white majority countries) is actually based around monolithic racial groups. Where race is the most important, maybe only criterion by which people judge each other.

Where no white person would ever come into conflict with another, or side with a minority person over another white person. It is an infantile and discredited definition, that only dishonest people with an axe to grind would use unironically.

It's true, but not for the reasons they say. Remember, we're dealing with people (term used loosely) who can barely grasp the English language here. Whites will always be smarter and thus, gain the advantage. No amount money, studying, or praying will change this. They lost the evolutionary lottery and are violently mad about it and looking for someone to blame. They blame the ones who took them in, lifted them up, adopted them, introduced them to a modern, lawful, technological society and gave them all the extra aid they could. Serious case of more trouble than they are worth. They all need to be shipped back and I would gladly pay my share to do it, even though Spain is majorly responsible for dragging that worthless defective farm equipment here.
