Oscars? Not one saw this!

How does a movie no one has seen make top Oscar choice? A certain producer was celebrated at the producer's guild, and producers make all the decisions.

reply

Watching it now. This film has many Oscar-bait qualities. Can't say i'm enjoying it at all. It's like an edgy french film that celebrates old cinema while using modern effects in non super-hero ways. The Academy loves this stuff.

reply

You're posting while watching the film. Which begs the question...
Are you in the movie theater or screening this from the comfort of your crapper?

reply

LOL, root! I like the crapper theory, because that's where this sick cinematic turd belongs.

I have seen this in the theater, so have many other people. What is your point?

It isn't Star Wars or Jumanji, but it isn't supposed to be.

reply

what certain producer? why so coy?

reply

Miles. Not coy. Everyone knows it's Miles.

reply

Cause it's this year's critics "artsy fartsy" choice. Oh yeah, and it's sick and disgusting also.

reply

I thought it was because the one producer won this year's Producer's Guild Award given by the elite producer circle, plus, they want Toro to win to give the awards some Latino diversity.

reply

You are correct, sir! Diversity is very important to the Hollyweird scumbags. I have no clue why.

reply

Then the awards mean nothing when you get the award for being born Latino instead of because of the movie's merits.

reply

Amen, Bro.

reply

i mean i liked the movie, especially Sally Hawkins performance, yet i didn't think it was 13 Oscars worthy. just my opinion though

reply

I thought it was silly and disgusting crap.
