It’s getting some so-so reviews

Not that average reviews will stop slaves of the Marvel brand from throwing money at this film.

After all, these films aren’t made for critics ... they’re made for dumb-ass regular people.

This kind of shtick was old when we saw it on the IMDB forums...now its just silly.

^^^

just wanted to point out While everyone is entitled to thier own opinion, Its fine if the OP doesnt like the movie....

but I think based on this thread by the OP I think we have enough evidence to conclude the OP is either delusional or lacks basic reading comprehension and possibly doesnt understand math or numbers in the slightest....

again Its one thing and Perfectly ok for The OP disagree with the reviews and consensus of the film...

But Hilariously The OP is not doing that, instead Hes either making a false statement or completely delusional...

Endgames reviews factually can be described as "So-So or Average".....This is a false statement by the OP and Not in any way an Opinion...

There can be only 2 reasons for such a False statement...

The OP is delusional, He can not accept that a film he dislikes is so universally praised and The anger of EG's success and Excellent consensus as pushed him over the edge and hes become delusional...

or unfortunately The OP as I said Lacks Basic reading comprehension and doesnt understand Math and sadly just doesnt realize .....

94% on RT
A+ cinemacore
78 on Meta
and 8.7 on IMDB

cant Factually be described as anything else other than Excellent Reviews or Overwhelmingly Positive consensus...

again very sad for The OP....

whichever option is, If He's delusional out of anger at the success of the film or if he unfortunately just does have the education to properly understand the stats...

Its sad for the OP hes in the situation...

Bill, do you think it has a shot at beating Avatar at this point? It looks like it's only $16 million away. I know the bulk of revenue from the U.S. re-release is behind us now, but I don't know if the re-release also happened internationally and it seems like foreign box office numbers are reported on a delayed basis, so I'm hoping there is still a chance. It really deserves the top spot.

It’s ratings have been pretty good so far, now maybe in the future probably in 5 years or so might become a little divisive.

Maybe will get to 7

If you ask me I loved and give it a 10, but the film had a few stuff many people didn’t like and many other did like very much examples : the Time Travel, way less action and battles than Infinity War and the treatment of Hulk and Thor.

They made a few controversial decisions here. It’s a much riskier film than Infinity War.

Very good points.

I dislike any time travel in movies, but I have to admit they really did bring a fresh take on it. I also disliked Professor Hulk and Beer Belly Thor. I really, really, really disliked Thor walking away from his people and passing the throne to Valkyrie. Those are the only things that keep me from giving a 9.5/10 instead of 10/10.

So I think you're right that the imdb score of 8.7 will probably decline over time. I still can't see it getting lower than 8.4 or so.

Thanks.

I’m not a big fan of Time traveling either but I liked it here very much and not exactly because of the time travel but for the adventure of getting all the stones back it reminded me to the Oceans 11 trilogy which I highly enjoyed so that reminder made me enjoy the time travel section of the movie.

I was only a little bothered by what they did with the Hulk because he deserved better he didn’t shine as much as the other characters.

I’m not a huge fan of the Hulk I don’t hate him but never has been my favorite character. My three faves are : Iron Man, Captain America and Thor.

With Fat Thor well Chris Hemsworth loved it, the Original screenplay had Thor going back to being fit but Chris Hemsworth fought to stay that way.

So that made me appreciate fat Thor a little more and see it on more positive note. It’s a different version of Thor a new step in his character development that’s it’s not finished yet. The end of the film made it look like he was getting on right track to look for what he wanted and I think he fits really well with the guardians of the galaxy.

Critics are out of touch with the reality of just having a good time at the movies.
