Will Batman ever have an EV Batmobile? Or other electric vehicle?

We recently got an electric vehicle and with gas prices soaring it got me thinking; will we ever see an electric batmobile, batbike or batplane? Batboat?? Are there even electric boats? Might be dangerous, Lol

reply

Yes, and if Dummycrat party activists get their way, the electric Batmobile will have to be charged for 8 hours after traveling 1 mile.

Lol ain't that the truth

The bicycle scene in Transporter 3 was honestly one of the highlights of that trilogy for me to be honest.

Never seen that series. Recommend?
I always thought I should watch the trilogy backwards and maybe it would play differently as a series of prequels. What do you think?

If you're into fun, exciting action films that may not have much depth but are still a lot of fun, I definitely would. Esp if you've enjoyed Luc Besson's lighter fare: e.g. From Paris with Love, Lockout. Exciting sequences, simple but snappy dialogue.

heh....so funny question. The transporter trilogy is series for me where I can't recommend any one of them over another, because they have strengths and weaknesses that end up making all three films equal to me. So, in terms of quality lol, you could totally watch it forwards or backwards.

However, your plan though of seeing a series of prequels won't work quite as well here. There's really only one narrative link that you can see evolve across the series, and it's the friendship between the protagonist and another character. And one of my criticisms of T3 is that its narrative arc for Statham is nonsense given the events of T1.

If you're into romantic dramas, I'd highly recommend the Before Trilogy, and it would be hilarious if you watched that backwards, cause no one does.

reply

Oh yeah I should definitely watch the Before trilogy backwards, ha.

Thanks for the response and the tips

If the technology catches up, and an EV can match/outrun a "conventional" car, why not?

reply

Batman should be using public transportation in all but the most desperate life threatening situations and even then he should only be running or walking.

reply

he'd be mobbed in public i presume.

reply

I believe some Batman Beyond project is coming up for HBO Max... so I assume his bat-vehicles will all be EV.
